Materials purchased for a specific project, including custom cabinets, tiles, fixtures, and special-order items, are non-refundable once the order has been placed with suppliers.

Project Cancellation
If a client cancels a project after work has started, payments made will be applied to labor completed, materials purchased, and project-related expenses.
